Exciting changes are on the horizon at Pandora. Berta de Pablos-Barbier, the brand’s current chief marketing officer (CMO), will step into the role of CEO starting January 1, 2026, marking an early leadership transition.
Initially, this transition was scheduled to occur during Pandora’s annual general meeting in March. However, the decision has been made to expedite the process.
This shift comes as current CEO Alexander Lacik prepares for his transition. Additionally, Jennie Farmer has been appointed as the new CMO, supporting this leadership change.
Peter Ruzicka, chair of Pandora, commented, “The handover from Alexander to Berta has gone incredibly smoothly.”
He continued, “With Jennie Farmer stepping in as CMO, we are delighted to accelerate the leadership transition.”
De Pablos-Barbier expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I am honoured to lead Pandora into its next chapter.”
She highlighted, “In recent years, we have built a strong brand with a distinctive position in the accessible jewellery market.”
“My immediate focus will be to navigate the current market challenges while preparing to capitalize on our untapped potential as a comprehensive jewellery brand. We are committed to expanding Pandora.”
