M&S has unveiled an exciting new flagship store in SouthGate, Bath.
This expansive 83,000 sq ft store is spread over four floors, marking a significant relocation from its previous Stall Street location.
The ground floor impresses with a 14,000 sq ft fresh market-style foodhall, featuring a delightful flower shop, a range of fresh market specials from M&S Select Farms, and the latest product launches.
Additionally, a new bakery and coffee counter offers takeaway barista-made hot and cold beverages alongside an array of freshly baked bread and pastries.
Fashionistas will appreciate the three dedicated floors of clothing, showcasing the newest collections, including Autograph for women and Jaeger for men.
A 1,600 sq ft beauty hall introduces exciting new third-party brands such as Estee Lauder, ESPA, and Hello Sunday.
In addition, the flagship store includes a cozy 140-seater M&S coffee shop, serving a mouth-watering menu of breakfast and lunch options.
Bath SouthGate is one of more than 20 new or revitalized stores that M&S plans to launch across the UK during the latter half of its financial year.
Store manager Natalie Jordan remarked, “We have a fantastic history in Bath, dating back to 1895, and it is amazing to invest in a brand-new flagship store in the city center.
“Our focus is now on delivering the trusted value and exceptional quality we are known for, infused with a touch of that unique M&S charm.

British Land’s senior asset manager, Laurence Budden, stated, “The opening of M&S is a monumental moment for SouthGate. The £6m invested by British Land and Aviva has enabled us to offer the largest store of its type in the South West, providing visitors with an exceptional experience featuring a beloved brand.
