Macy Hong, who spearheaded loyalty and customer engagement efforts at Asos, has exited the fashion powerhouse.
She came on board in September 2022, taking on a role focused on strategy and operations.
Before joining Asos, Hong served as the senior strategy manager at Pollen, a company known for its focus on consumer services.
After her promotion to loyalty head in April 2025, the Asos.world loyalty scheme launched successfully in June 2025, gaining over 1.6 million members within just six months.
On LinkedIn, Hong confirmed her transition, announcing her new role with Yoto, a consumer electronics firm.
She expressed enthusiasm about her new position as the director of acquisition, retention, ecommerce, and Amazon.
As of now, Asos has yet to disclose who will take over Hong’s responsibilities.
